June 27-28: "Hands Free" Thaimassage with Bali (Hungary)
This two day workshop will build a repertoire of techniques for giving a full-body massage without the use of our hands. The inspiration for developing this material came from seeing small masseurs "killing" their thumbs and wrists, attempting to give pressure to suit the needs of heavy, muscular patients. This workshop aims to provide tools to avoid long-term injuries and pain in the thumbs, wrists and arms, arising from such situations. We will look through the body from foot to head in the sequence of a northern style thaimassage, and learn how to work the energylines with the use of elbows, underarms, knees, heels and the balls of our feet, utilising solely the bodyweight of the practicioner.
Prerequisites: a beginners course in northern style thaimassage, and good working knowledge of the 10 main "sen" or energylines of the body.
NOTICE:because this workshop is between two craniosacral courses, which need silence, we ask participants to arrive no earlier than dinner time on the 29th. While it is our custom to welcome participants to stay as long as they like, for the above reason we can only accomodate the students of the 2nd craniosacral training between 29th of June and the 3rd of July

July 6: Pilates Workshop with Kriszti (Hungary)
Pilates is a form of movement to achieve good posture, with special emphasis on working gently with joints, in tune with the breath, developed by Joseph Pilates integrating eastern and western philosophies. The method focuses on stretching and strengthening the deep layers of muscles of the trunk to give a balanced posture. In this workshop, we will focus on these deep muscles through the approach of Pilates and Joga. For the optimalization of these muscles, we need to make them conscious in our bodies, which will happen through thoeretical introduction, followed by the appropriate exercises dealing with each area. We will emphasize the exact and precise xecution of these exercises, to ensure their efficiency.
Kriszti has been interested in people since early childhood."I have tried to educate myself with the aim of understanding the body, the mind and the spirit and their deep interconnections, interactions, which has been aided greatly by the study of methods giving mental and physical wellbeing.I have been studying yoga since 2005, pilates since 2008, gaining the Body Art and Science International teacher degree in pilates in 2011. im currently studying at the Bhaktivedanta University of Religious Science, Joga Master faculty. The teaching of yoga and pilates brings me closer both to people and myself, and through this activity, I can aid others in their path towards consciousness :)
see you at the workshop, love,
Kriszti
July 7-8: Yin Joga workshop with Leyla (Germany-Turkey)
„People are thirsty for a way to slow down. Paul Grilley’s Yin Yoga can help people find a place of peace and quiet within themselves.”
Most forms of Yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work only the muscular half of our body, the “yang” tissues. Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half, the deeper “yin” tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and even our bones. Yin Yoga poses are also designed to improve the flow of qi, the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved flow of qi is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being.
